Accounts Payable Clerk Pay Rate: $15-18/hr Temporary |
Processes high volume accounts payable using Great Plains. Journalizes transactions. Prepares statements and reports. Reconciles bank accounts. Must be detail-oriented and have at least three years' experience with Great Plains. |

Payroll and A/P Support Location: Vista Pay Rate: $15-20/hour Temporary (2-4 Weeks) |
Experienced accounting person needed to handle complex payroll and, if possible, to provide some support for accounts payables/month-end reports for a non-profit organization. Assistance to other areas is desired and would require familiarity with accounts payable using Great Plains in addition to MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience processing payroll using ADP is crucial, as is attention to detail and the ability to tend to deadlines. |
