Administrative Assistants

Pay Rate: $15-20/hour

Skilled administrative personnel are in constant demand. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and have experience in a clerical or administrative support role. Marketing experience and proficiency with Adobe programs a plus.
Convention Assistants

Registration Desk and Fulfillment personnel for temporary convention assignments are an ongoing need. Public transportation recommended as parking is not covered at most locations. Registration staff must be able to type at least 35 wpm accurately and be computer literate. You will be trained on Access 2000 if needed. Bilingual personnel (French, German, Italian, Mandarin/Cantonese or Spanish) are especially valued as many conventions are of international interest and have foreign attendees.

Marketing Specialist

Location: Carlsbad

Pay Rate: $30-35K

Temp-to-Hire

Supports team by organizing brokers and coordinating administrative tasks. Answers sign calls and follows up with emails, forwards calls, or takes messages as needed. Prepares monthly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts, companies currently targeting, etc. Communicates status to clients by phone. Coordinates and/or creates and designs marketing materials including pictures, site plans and any additional information on the site and surrounding market. Manages team database and oversees database entry personnel. Updates web based marketing sites, assists in collection of marketing information, and drafts proposals, counterproposals and lease documents. Attends local functions, submarket community planning meetings, real-estate seminars and office specialty meetings. Must have a Bachelor's degree (minimum) and 2 years experience within the real estate industry. Must be willing to acquire California Real Estate License and have a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm. Experience with database maintenance and computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Desktop Publishing, Acrobat, Illustrator & InDesign required.

Receptionists

Pay Rate: $10-15/hour

Answers phones within 3 rings. Checks faxes and stocks fax machine and printers with paper and other supplies. Greets clients and co-workers with a pleasant attitude. Retrieves and stamps all mail and files accordingly as a priority every day. Before leaving at night, puts phones on night service, turns off TV's, closes front doors, locks balcony doors, rinses all coffee pots & leaves the machines on. In the morning, stocks lunch room with cups & flatware, opens front doors, turns on TV's and opens phone lines. Reserves conference rooms for meetings, display reservations at each conference room. Researches & updates E-mail addresses in the network and maintains Excel spreadsheets. Backup for running postage. Filing, stuff envelopes, label envelopes. Always be sure front desk is attended. Must have ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization and answer phones in a pleasant, professional manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel required. Must have ability to multitask and work well with others with attention to detail and deadlines.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: El Cajon

Pay Rate: $10-12/hr

Immediate need for a shipping/receiving clerk who is computer literate, has used Fed Ex, DHL and UPS software for shipping, can lift up to 50 lbs and has good attendance. Prepares and packs orders for shipment. Assembles orders, checks against shipping or customer order, and reports shortages and incomplete orders. Selects appropriate shipping containers and packing material. Operates standard manual and automatic equipment. Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. checks receipts against purchase order for proper shipment, shortages, damages or defects. completes reports and documentation and maintains files following standard procedures. Moves or expedites material to proper department or storage location. High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years related experience required.
