Aircraft Mechanics Location: Miramar Pay Rate: $18/hour without "P" license, $19/hour with "P" license Temp-to-Hire	Responsible for the disassembly, rotor build, subassembly, and final assembly cleaning and test cell production in the accomplishment of company repair station production operations. Ensures that all activities are performed in a safe manner and in compliance with company policies and company Inspection Procedure Manual. Must have three to five years experience in the rotor department working on gas turbine engines. A & P License Preferred. Must be able to interpret engine manuals and other technical data. Must have good working knowledge of jet engine operation in order to determine proper repairs. Must have basic math skills and be able to interpret diagrams and/or blueprints. Must be able to use a variety of precision measuring equipment. Documents work accomplished on records, reports and forms. Ensures calibration status of tooling is current prior to use. Trains others of lesser skill and cross trains in other disciplines as required.
Bench Inspectors Location: Miramar Pay Rate: $18/hour without "P" license, $19/hour with "P" license Temp-to-Hire	Accomplishes and documents inspections on records, reports and forms in accordance with Inspection Procedures Manual. Audits completed paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to work instructions and customer specifications. Processes and submits reports on malfunctions/defects and suspected unapproved parts to the Team Leader for communication to the Manager of Quality Control-Chief Inspector. Must have 1 year turbine engine experience and/or training and a Powerplant License, or possess qualifications for testing. (Must have "P" License within 90 days of hire). Must be able to interpret engine manuals and other technical data. Must have good working knowledge of jet engine operation in order to determine proper repairs. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to interpret diagrams and /or blueprints. Must be able to use a variety of precision measuring equipment. Must be computer literate. Must be able to determine and implement the most practical and economical method of inspecting tools, gauges, fixtures and parts utilizing A&P experience.
CAD Designers Location: Carlsbad Direct Placement	Drafts components, products, instruments and other equipment. Assists in the design and documentation of new and improved medical devices. Assists engineers in the development of new products, and documents improvements of existing products and manufacturing processes in an individual capacity and as a development team member. Creates design and/or detail drafts of components, assemblies, products, machines, tools, fixtures and other equipment with engineering assistance. Calculates and lays out dimensions, angles, curvature of parts, and materials to be used. Recommends and specifies components for created designs. Provides technical assistance to anyone requiring documents, drawings, and/or information. Adheres to “Good Manufacturing Practices” and other standards as required. Performs tolerance studies to help insure design quality. Organizes workload based on project team requirements and priorities. Enforces, teaches and adheres to relevant safety procedures and clean room procedures as required. Knowledge of common machine operations. SolidWorks computer aided drafting. Interpersonal and communication skills to contribute as a development team member. Experience in orthopedic/ nuero spine. Associate’s degree in mechanical drafting or equivalent experience plus two years drafting experience in medical device industry using SolidWorks.
CNC Machinist Location: Miramar Pay Rate: $15-20/hour Temp-to-Hire	Machines parts using CNC mills and lathes. Must have experience CNC equipment, own his/her own tools, be able to do his/her own setups, and know speeds and feeds. Machines include HAAS vertical mill, Bridgeport Romi EZ path lathe, and Bridgeport vertical milling EZ track. Programming experience in Master Cam is a plus.
Final Assembly Inspectors Location: Miramar Pay Rate: $18/hour without "P" license, $19/hour with "P" license Temp-to-Hire	Responsible for the accomplishment of inspections. All work performed in compliance with company policies, manufacturer's maintenance manuals, and Company Inspection Procedures Manual. Must have 1 year turbine engine experience and/or training. Must be able to interpret engine manuals and other technical data. Must have good working knowledge of jet engine operation in order to determine proper repairs. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to interpret diagrams and /or blueprints. Must be able to use a variety of precision measuring equipment. Must be computer literate. Must have a Powerplant License, or possess qualifications for testing. (Must have "P" License within 90 days if hire) Must be able to determine and implement the most practical and economical method of inspecting tools, gauges, fixtures and parts utilizing A&P experience. Documents inspections on records, reports and forms in accordance with Inspection Procedures Manual. Audits completed paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to work instructions and customer specifications. Processes and submits reports on malfunctions/defects and suspected unapproved parts. Must be able to read and interpret complex blueprints. Must maintain accurate paperwork and records. Must maintain high standard of housekeeping in work area. Must be able to use shop mathematics, including decimals and trigonometry. Must be able to comprehend, interpret and follow directions, both written and oral. Must follow required safety procedures
Production Specialists Location: El Cajon Pay Rate: $10-12/hour Temp-to-Hire	Provides assistance and versatile support to production areas to include: grit blast, grinding, belt sand, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning and other duties as required. Trains others of lessor skill. Must have a High School education or the equivalent. 5 years prior experience in aerospace environment desired. Must demonstrate mechanical ability. Prior related manufacturing/repair experience. Must be able to read, write and use calibrated tooling.
Welder Specialist Location: El Cajon Pay Rate: $18-20/hour Temp-to-Hire	A large Aerospace company in El Cajon is looking for a Welder Specialist. Applicants must have three years of Tig and Accu welding experience and be able to pass a Tig welding test for aerospace parts.
