Marketing Specialist

Location: Carlsbad, UTC, Downtown

Pay Rate: $30-35K

Real estate firm seeks a marketing specialist. Candidate will support team by organizing brokers and coordinating administrative tasks. The primary functions of the job include: answering sign calls and following up with emails, forwarding calls, or taking messages as needed; preparing monthly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts, companies currently targeting, etc.; communicating status to clients by phone; coordinating and/or creating and designing marketing materials including pictures, site plans and any additional information on the site and surrounding market; managing team database and overseeing database entry personnel; updating web based marketing sites; assisting in collection of marketing information;drafting proposals, counterproposals and lease documents; attending local functions, submarket community planning meetings, real-estate seminars and office specialty meetings. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (minimum) and 2 years experience within the real estate industry. Must be willing to acquire California Real Estate License, have a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm. Experience with database maintenance and computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Desktop Publishing, Acrobat, Illustrator & InDesign required.

Sales Account Executive

Direct Placement

Location: Golden Triangle

Pay Rate: $35-45K plus commission

Researches and initiates contact on any new customer sales leads for a software company. Manages sales pipeline from current and prospective customers. Prepares, presents, and reviews solutions and quotations to prospective customers to close sales opportunities. Maintains and expands existing accounts by maintaining rapport, answering requests, and introducing new products, services and upgrades. Requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree, six years sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience selling software is a must. Experience with enterprise software, MAS 90, MAS 200, MAS 500, and Sage SalesLogix a plus. Must be articulate, creative, and resourceful with excellent written and oral communication skills and an upbeat personality. Reliable transportation, a good driving record, and the ability to travel within San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties is required.
