There are many ways you can reach us. We are available 24/7 by calling (619) 339 (WORK).We can access our database remotely and, when emergency staffing nneds occur, have a candidate standing by as soon you need. If you choose to notify us of emergency needs or openings online, you can also reach us by filling out our Client Request Form during after hours or during the business day - at your convenience. That way someone will begin working on your request first thing the following business day and you can focus on your other priorities without waiting to reach someone. You'll be pleased by our response time as well as our candidates.
   
  How will you provide candidate information to me?
Whichever way is easiest for you - we are fully able to respond by phone, fax, computer, or in person if you so desire! . We know your time is valuable so we won't waste it by sending you unqualified candidates. Whether you wish to see a copy of the paperwork (resume, scores, and interview evaluation) or interview candidates yourself, let us know and we'll coordinate the details. Many clients allow us to do the screening fully and just send them the best candidate when they need them. Whatever works for you, you can be assured we will be efficient, thorough, attentive and comprehensive.
   
  How many hours does a candidate need to work before I can hire them without a fee?
Any candidate that works for you a minimum of 520 hours may be transferred to your payroll free of charge (this applies for a full year from the time the candidate was introduced to you through us). Should you wish to hire someone directly or convert to your payroll earlier than the 520 hours, we will work out an appropriate placement fee and discount by the hours the candidate has already worked with you. Our goal is to find you an excellent employee at a reasonable cost.

We stand behind our placements. Although we work hard to be sure that all candidates are carefully screened and matched, occasionally unforeseen situations cause changes. We will handle all disciplinary situations should they occur and find you a qualified replacement as soon as we are notified that an applicant did not work out.
