Temp-to-Hire Programs - This service allows you to evaluate a future employee before making a commitment thus avoiding costly staffing mistakes. (We pay all state and federal employer mandated costs while on our payroll).
Direct Placements - Our professional recruiters are dedicated to filling your openings with the best talent. AtWork Staffing Services guarantees all direct placements for one year from the employee's start date. That means that if the employee we found for you does not meet your expectations or stay for at least one year, we will replace them with another qualified candidate or fully reimburse the placement fee.
Temporary Staffing - Designed to provide professional, skilled, or semi-skilled personnel at a moment's notice. We are available by pager at all hours, so when you are notified of a last minute absence we can be working on it before you are even in the office!
Planned Staffing - We can assist you by meeting fluctuating or seasonal staffing needs. This program may include customized training and orientation if desired.
Payrolling - We can carry personnel on our payroll for you when you choose not to include them on your own - easing intermittent payroll and benefit administration issues and headaches.
Custom Programs - We have a team available to develop tailor-made programs to fit your staffing and human resource needs perfectly.
