AtWork
thoroughly screens, tests, runs criminal checks, and drug screens
every
employee (at no additional cost to you) before sending them on an
assignment. We also conduct
additional background checks and appropriate verifications upon your
request.
We guarantee
our employees work performance. However, if you are dissatisifed
with either
their skills or performance for any reason, you will not be charged.
(We just ask that you notify us within the first eight (8) hours of
their assignment.)
If an
employee is hired as a direct placement, we guarantee
your satisfaction for a full year.
Should the employee leave or you choose to have them replaced, we
will provide you
with another qualified candidate. We want you to fully trust that
we stand behind our placements!
Of course,
AtWork takes all employer responsibility for the candidates
we send to you,
easing the administrative burden and cost of new hires & employee
benefits.
We maintain all personnnel/payroll records (employees are paid weekly),
paying local, state, and federal taxes, social security,
unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.
